How Can I Obtain Tax Receipts?
Tax receipts can be obtained by logging in to your Woodbridge Soccer Club Member Zone account. After logging in there will be a ‘Receipts’ link on the left-hand side where you can print your tax receipts.
A Referee Makes A Call I Don’t Like, What Do I Do?
- Do not argue
- Let the coach deal with it
- Referee`s are humans too, mistakes can happen
- Violence towards a referee will not be tollerated
How Can I Register?
Registration is to be completed online through the Woodbridge Soccer Club Member Zone.
How Can I Pay For Registration?
Registration can be paid for online through the Woodbridge Soccer Club Member Zone with Visa or MasterCard. Payment can also be made in person at our clubhouse during regular office hours. We accept Visa, MasterCard, debit and cheques.
Can I Request A Friend To Play With?
Yes, player requests can be made in the ‘Special Requests’ section during online registration. Please note that requests must comply with our Player Request Policy in order to be fulfilled.
We found out which team our child is on but the player request was not honored.
All teams are finalized and players will not be moved unless there has been an office error.

Can I request a field?
Unfortunately, no. We have a limited number of fields and ALOT of players. Fields are assigned by availability rather than location.
How do I become a coach?
If you are interested in becoming a coach in our House League program you can visit our Coach Information page and fill out the Coaches Application Form.
How do I know if a game is cancelled due to bad weather?
In the interest of maintaining high quality playing fields and in an effort to prevent injury, the City of Vaughan will enforce their Wet Field Policy when soccer fields become saturated. If the City of Vaughan closes the fields due to bad weather our website will be updated with the closure and an email will be sent out to all players that the cancellation affects. You can also call the City of Vaughan’s soccer hotline at 905-832-8577 for an update on any field closures.
Where can I find my team’s schedule for the season?
To find your team’s schedule, visit our Schedules page and enter in your team’s information (e.g. age division and team number). The full season schedule should appear.
My child’s uniform is too big or too small
We have asked all coaches to distribute the uniforms based of the players sizes. Please check with the coach first. If the coach does not have a proper size, ask the coach to email houseleague@wscstrikers.com detailing the name of the team, age group, and size required.
As a parent, what is my role during practice or games?
- Must be present at all games & practices
- Offer only positive encouragement
- Must sit on opposite side of team bench
When does registration start?
Registration for the Outdoor season begins at the beginning of November.
Registration for the Indoor season begins mid-August.
